For the orders that are eligible for a return, your purchase must come back to us in its original condition, packaging and documentation (including certification, if certified). Please also include the return bill and return label with your order when preparing your package. Once we have received your return, our team of specialists will inspect it within 5 business days of receiving it and if approved, your refund will be issued within 5 days of approval via the method of payment used for the original purchase. If for any reason your return shows signs of wear or has been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way, we won’t be able to accept a return.
